Starman first Setup

Hi;
I have 2 new DataBridge.
One of them I can program but I can't SAV.
My Commands;

+++,DFT,SAV,RST<10>
returns: OK +++
OK DFT

+++,UBR115200,URS1181,SAV,RST
returns:
OK +++
OK URB 115200
OK URS 1180

It doesn't return with "OK SAV".
After hardware reset, it backs to factory settings.

The other starman has a uart problem. It doesn't response to my +++<10>.
I'm resetting the module while PIN1 is connected GND. After resetting I'm connecttin the pin1 to 3.3V but still I can't get any response.

Hi Clark,

That is very odd. I have tried the same procedure through a copy/paste from your commands, but have received the "OK SAV" response without a problem. Unfortunately I do not know how to remedy this situation, however, if you have reason to believe the hardware is not functioning correctly, you may send the modules back to Starman for exchange.

As for the second module, try toggling the reset line once more after pin 1 is connected back to 3.3V. In other words:

Hold pin 1 to gnd, reset, connect pin 1 back to 3.3V, and reset again. Hopefully you can communicate with your module at that point.
